How it Works
Inquiry
Contact us and tell us about your marketing needs. If you're located in the Pittsburgh market or surrounding areas, we'd be happy to get together with you for a free consultation. We'll get to know your business, discuss the specifics of your project, ask the right questions and make recommendations on how to achieve the marketing results you desire. If you are located elsewhere, just send us an e-mail introducing yourself and mentioning your marketing needs, and we'll respond upon receipt with any questions we may have, and/or to schedule a phone call to speak in greater detail.
Estimate
We will promptly prepare and submit (usually within 24-48 hours tops) via e-mail a detailed flat fee estimate for your review and approval. This fee will cover everything, unless you change the scope of the project.
Approval
You'll fax us back your signed estimate indicating your approval to move forward, and send us your deposit (mail, wire transfer, direct deposit, PayPal). Upon receipt of both, we'll start working on your project.
Project Commencement
The first thing we will do (whatever the size of your project) is create a timeline for your review/approval. Then, we'll create a strategy document that will map out the project's details and direction, so that everyone is on the same page with what needs to be accomplished. We'll also thoroughly review any materials you provide us to work from, do any additional research required and ask any other questions we have about the specifics of your project.
Reviews and Approvals
Based on the approved timeline, Virtual Edge will present specific project components for your review and approval at various milestones. To save time and keep costs down, this is done via e-mail.
